Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson was born on 24 July, 1975. She is an American former professional wrestler, trainer and model. Her most notable achievements are in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) (previously the World Wrestling Federation. In 1999, Wilson won Miss Galaxy. Shortly after her win, she was hired by World Championship Wrestling. She joined the organization from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001 she started appearing on World Wrestling Federation's (WWF) in the form of The Invasion, a storyline which was based upon the then-current WWF storyline. Wilson has also been a part of the stable comprised entirely of females (i.e. the group of characters who are storyline-related) which was referred to as Vince's Devils and was canceled in 2006.Aside from wrestling prowess, Wilson has been on the cover of several magazines such as FHM as well as Playboy (which Wilson posed for twice, including Wilson as well as Sable).Wilson was admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019. The first time Wilson wrestled took place when she attended an World Championship Wrestling (WCW) show with her boyfriend in 1999. The show was followed by her being invited backstage to walk out into the ring with Scott Steiner. In the following days, Kevin Nash expressed an interest in a storyline with her. Her first appearance was on the episode of Nitro 8 February 1999 (later changed her name to "Samantha") It was revealed, in the plot in the episode, that Wilson was hired by the New World Order (nWo) to lure David Flair into turning against his father, Ric Flair. They were seen together on February 21 at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric in the face, and David struck Ric with a taser. David and Wilson took their break from WCW television, but returned to the ring in May. Wilson was Flair's valet during the 1999 Bash at the Beach. He was successful in defending the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
