Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson was an American actor. Elson began her career in the television industry as a model for children as well as actress. Her best-known role is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson in CBS the science-fiction series. Andrea won the role of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) after she auditioned. Andrea continued working throughout her career on hit TV shows and Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field to focus on raising her children. ALF was a turbulent time in the life of Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People magazine released a retrospective of Elson's career in the year 2000. Elson commented that being a teenager in the spotlight was not simple. Born on the 6th of March 1969, in New York City, this green-eyed actor grew up travelling as a result of her father's position in the field of advertising. When she was ten years old Andrea had lived at New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea found her agent in San Diego, where she got the part she auditioned for in the first for which she attempted to audition for. Fusco stated that ALF was a tycoon aged 285 and could be a drinker. ALF was getting increasingly popular with children thus NBC told Fusco that he couldn't drink alcohol because children were watching. ALF is not a good role model. Fusco believes that ALF had the maturity to not drink and drive was wrong. In 1995 he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was successfully cured and remained in remission through the year 2019. In June of 2019, aged 75, he died of his illness in the Lillian Booth Actors Home located in Englewood in New Jersey.
